Compensated well for an SDR position, market leader which makes it easy to sell, lots of support and growth opportunity

Cons

takes 1.5 years to be able to make a switch in role, for an account executive, or DS, that is 2 years minimum. Alignment and territory is everything, gotta prove yourself to get in a good spot, if not, its much harder to succeed
