      Think twice before you go there, there are some teams you really don't want to work for

      Pros

      There are some nice young coworkers that can make work fun. The office is nice, clean and modern. The company seems to be doing well and growing. Some teams are nice to work in.

      Cons

      Extremely cheap. Senior people can be rude, degrading and unprofessional. Life in some teams can be hell depending on the manager /director.

      Pros

      High energy with a workforce passionate about events.

      Cons

      Mgmt. is not ethically and morally aligned, and lack emotional intelligence. The culture is one where you are rewarded with HHs versus stimulating work tasks and projects. Promotions are based on tenure versus performance, aptitude, skills and potential. Very chaotic and turbulent environment, lacking a healthy and collegial workplace. Review management - there are a ton of managers either not equipped to manage or who don't want to manage.

      Pros

      Entertaining work environment, Travel opportunities, New office, great location for Metro commuters, growing work force. Great job to gain experience in b2b sales and move on to a more professional company. Open access to senior management.

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of manager training, continued turn over past the 2 year tenure mark, low entry pay level, frat house mentality from a very young workforce, extensive but unnecessary initial training, no 401k but substituted with Stock Options that most will never see the benefits of. asked to "manage" a presales but have no control over their work life. Asked to be out spoken and involved but shamed when you make waves with managements "process"
