      Pros

      Some good food and cool office space. Global company.

      Cons

      People are overworked, underpaid, and micromanaged. There are so many people leaving right now. Even the head of Human Resources left. If you work there, follow your friends and leave. You know you can make more money somewhere else. If you don't work there, keep it that way and stay away. It’s not a good time for the events industry anyway. It will be a long time until people want to meet in person.

      In office perks (coffee/snacks etc) Good place to learn how to navigate internal red tape and politics

      Cons

      Bureaucratic company that has outgrown it's processes, systems and it's HR team Backwards compensation process with so much red tape blocking true growth
