Pros

Let's see, I get to clock in and clock out, work with top brand name customers in the CSM world.

Cons

In reality, I am chasing updates from HQ to India and not getting any support as we are getting too big and have too many red tape. The leadership in CSM has been drain, and this puts everyone in a very uncomfortable situation.

Pros

Even with the global growth, Cvent's startup mentality is still very strong. They encourage employees of all levels to act as entrepreneurs and treat the business as if it was theirs. Additionally, the senior exec team is always open to new ideas from all employees and encourages an open, transparent culture.

Cons

If you are not a self-starter or you thrive off of external motivators, Cvent might not be the place for you. They encourage that entrepreneurial spirit and go-getter attitude!
