Pros

Cvent only hires top talent, which makes for a fun, challenging, agile, stimulating environment that makes me want to work everyday with my colleagues, as well as those outside my department. Good internal training programs. Focussed on Diversity and Inclusion.

Cons

Parental Leave benefits in US and Canada need improvement to be more competitive. Some improvements have been made in the last 3 years and are currently being evaluated. Pay is low when compared to other tech companies. Work/Life balance is hard to find, especially during the pandemic, but Cvent does offer great wellness support to try to counter this.
