Company expects you to work even after returning home, even during the weekends. If you are working in CVent in the greed of those extra bucks then be prepared to Forever any work life balance coz they will make sure to suck the life out of you and if you don’t put in the work then of course termination letters are already prepared. Company’s attrition is so high because of all the nonsensical management that they ask to give them a cheque while joining the company of ₹80,000 and more ₹2,00,000 to be paid if one decides to leave the company before 2.5 years.
