Pros

Work can be interesting while not too challenging. Worked here for years and received great performance reviews and several promotions.

Cons

Terrible compensation for tech. Since pandemic total comp has decreased. If you were working here before 2020, and compared your total compensation with today adjusted for inflation, you would actually see a pay decrease over 4 years. Promotions do not include salary increases or bonuses, and the year over year “merit increases” are at inflation rates or below. End of FY 21 saw zero increase in pay because “pandemic” and since then, “merit increases” are below inflation. Net negative while health insurance has increased.

Cons

Too many to list. Avoid at all costs-- the 2 year contract commitment should have been a red flag. This company prays on recent college grads to pay them well below the level of work being asked to perfrom.
