Pros

Smart people, growing technology sector so lots of chances to work with new technology. Good chance to shape a growing company.

Cons

HR is not super responsive. Company is very "sales-oriented." During recruiting, the company talks a lot about their great culture, which mostly applies to sales/marketing/client services, not technology.

Pros

Nice work place, nice people, transport. Office is near cyber hub, so you can go out have fun. A good company for someone who just wants to have fun, pass time, or someone who isn't really bothered about growing through the ranks.

Cons

boring work, Contract, no real incentives, no career growth. Either you would be calling clients or taking calls or data entry sort of stuff, in all there scenarios the job is really boring, there's no excitement, and not real incentives even if you are the best. I know this coz I was the best in the team, I got many awards, but no incentives
