      -Great exposure to senior management -The ability to be extremely create and flexible in your day to day job -Awesome work environment with very fun people -Rewards and recognition for your work

      Cons

      -Sometimes it can seem a bit unprofessional because of the lax environment -You work A LOT - much of this is based on your personal choice as to how much you want to do but, with high quotas, work hours can get long

      Pros

      Working in technology, we are encouraged to innovate, not just tow the line that is rare to find in any company. Fast growth company so lots of opportunity to grow fast in your career. I work with some of the brightest, most talented people I have ever met. I look forward to coming to work everyday.

      Cons

      Lack of a management structure in place to help insulate the company from the pains of growing so rapidly. Sr. Management has been taking action in this regard though and has promoted and hired a number of managers and directors in all divisions.

      Pros

      Cvent is a very fast growing company – and that opens the doors to a lot of opportunities. For example, I've had the chance to work on quite a number of projects outside the typical scope of my position. This is something that I didn't get at my last employer. You also get solid employment stability (I've never wondered if I'm going to be out of a job). The overall culture is great! It's so nice not having to wear a suit every day (jeans are fine). And the members of each division are also pretty close with one another (each division essentially has its own sub-culture). This makes Cvent a place you enjoy coming to every day. And even though it's fun here, we still know how to get work done.

      Cons

      The general hours are a little on the longer side (9:00am – 6:30pm); but it’s understandable given our growth/goals, and not like people are “clocking in” and “clocking out.”
