I could not not find any in a career of two years

Cons

Full of politics, most of the time ineligible people get promotions and managers don't know what to do to improve the revenue of the company. Two years' bond is the worst thing and should be removed, that will bring the actual picture of the company in front of general public

Pros

Entrepreneurial, fast-paced and "work hard play hard" atmosphere makes for an exciting first job after college, and they also allow you to advance your career within 18-24 months of working there. Good benefits overall.

Cons

They encourage you to be aggressive when it comes to sales tactics, which can leave prospective customers with a bad taste in their mouth. The sales quotas go up substantially each year so it becomes a challenge to even meet quota let alone exceed the quota. The mid- level managers are not trained to be managers so instead they seem to turn into babysitters that tend to micromanage.

There are people here who have given good reviews about Cvent. Well, I finally now understand what paid review is. Cvent is the worst company to work for. I moved out, but even that was not easy. Pathetic management.
