Pros
In the last 3 months at Cvent, I have been learning each day. There are numerous opportunities to try different things and fail and get better on them. There are multiple other pros that comes along -- Opportunity to be more detailed oriented -- Wider scope of operation -- More ownership -- Multiple opportunities to be creative and demonstrate -- Appreciative work culture -- Equal focus on process and results
Cons
I do not find a large gap in terms of employee -- Employer relation, but there are a couple of areas we could get better as a company to attract best of the talents. They are: -- Benefits can be better -- policies can be more loosened up in some cases
