Pros

Lots of young colleagues fresh out of college, half off gym membership, 401k matching, lots of good lunch options surrounding office building

Cons

50 cold calls a day, sales targets are unrealistic and impossible to achieve, misleading job description, company culture is very negative

Pros

Leader in the industry. Descent appraisals. Brand Name addition to CV. Flexible timings. Exposure to latest ways of business skills. Good initial pay for marketing professionals. Welcome & appreciation for ideas.

Cons

2.5 years bond for Customer Service and 2 years bond for Marketing dept with 2.8 lac. penality. Why??? (may be because of the monotonous work) Long working hours. No employee grievance handling system in place. Nepotism at its peak starting from the top level. Young but immature management. Desire of buttering from junior level by team leaders which ultimately promotes favoritism.
