-You will start to become so delusional while you are working here that you think it's a normal work environment so during rare moments you may actually enjoy some aspects of it. -Senior Management knows how to throw a happy hour.
Cons
Why would a company that is "doing so well" need to force employees to sign a 2 year bond with them? Seriously ask yourself that question before you go interview here. The only answer is because they cannot retain employees because it is a less than ideal work environment. There is a reason why they are constantly hiring in large volumes. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as possible. The negative reviews on this site are more accurate than not and the positive reviews seem to be written by management or their completely biased HR reps.
