      Pros

      It is a mid sized company so you can grow really fast. Learning is self paced. There are some really helpful co-workers. Compensation is good. Timings are very flexible. Free lunch and dinner.

      Cons

      Almost no training, at least for a software developer. Processes need to be improved. Almost no work-life balance. No cab service if you work in a day shift.
