      Pros

      It has been 4 years with Cvent and currently working as a Sr. Quality Engg. in Technology dept. So far.. I had great experience & learning with cutting edge technologies. You can find here excellent technical work opportunities with extreme growth and exposure. I recommend it for people who are eager to learn and want to make a difference at their career growth.

      Pros

      Amazing work culture. The annual events are mind blowing as its event management sotware company. The theory behind this is that if you experience something personally then you will be able to sell and support it better. "Work hard party harder" cultutre.

      Cons

      Operations and HR team are learning a lot from their mistakes. So you might not fund a few things as its a rapidly growing company. But eventually things will change and have changed in the past in a positive manner.

      Pros

      great work atmosphere, transparent management, work timing flexibility, opportunity to learn and grow, good compensation package, excellent infrastructure and facilities, good knowledgeable pool of people to work and learn with, nice perks and benefits, can maintain proper work/life balance.
