      Pros

      work satisfaction, flexible timings and exposure to work in international team on latest technologies on daily basis. The company culture is great! Many opportunities to be promoted within and recognized for your hard work and achievements. The founders are very smart, and you can learn a lot about what it takes to become a true Entrepreneur.

      Cons

      you would not want to move out once you become a part of the culture.

      - Great environment - Talented colleagues - Good work life balance - Strong belief in rewarding talent, specially in the sales team - Some of the leadership in India office are very engaging and good leaders.

      Cons

      - Certain teams like client services and marketing can get bogged down due to internal politics - Management needs to see beyond top people, although I feel this is changing. - Need to define clear career paths and move internally.
