This review caters specifically to the Technology Department at cvent. The leadership and management is humble, approachable, supportive and caring. Salary is great. And so are the perks! They provide WFH, Cabs, Sumptuous meals(which are free of cost). Work is great and challenging. Almost no politics.

Cons

Could add more documentation to their projects. Right now there is a very little level of documentation done to their software projects. This could sure be improved. Like only HLLs are made, could add process to make elaborate LLDs. which would improve work for the software engineer.
