      Pros

      Good coworkers, good mix of young and old. Very relaxed workplace.

      Cons

      Poor pay and benefits. The company is basically a bodyshop, the difference between what govt pays and what you get paid is the higher ups salaries...keep that in mind they are very well off. The abv results in them hiring incompetent people because they can pay them way less and make a higher profit

      Pros

      While I was there, some of the management out in the field (Program Managers and Project Managers) were SOLID. I would hire them to work anywhere.

      Cons

      DIRTY work environment. This is not an empowered environment. It is old school and rigid. There is no employee voice. They do not listen to their people or their ideas. Not willing to invest in simple tools that would greatly increase quality of life and employee productivity.
