Pros

The various government missions they support are generally worthwhile and interesting. Many of the contractors are great people trying to do their best.

Cons

Management is a nightmare. Shifting policies, illegal practices, and they will do anything to make that extra dollar. Unpaid overtime? Expected. (But don't tell the Federal employees, since it isn't legal..) Hostile work environments? Par for the course. Job duties are always far beyond qualifications, as they hire cheap for specific, contract-defined jobs and then tell the government that anything is possible. Employees are punished for not performing far beyond their skill levels, with no support from the company.

Pros

Cyberdata provided excellent employee support and communication from the opposite end of the nation, and ensured client and employee satisfaction

Cons

The time difference between Seattle (the client's location) and Cyberdata in Northern Virginia required some forethought when questions arose, but management ensured that remote support was up to any challenges.
