Ok contracting firm

Pros

Company was willing to move people from a contract that was ending to a new contract. That is rare for a small contracting company.

Cons

Company is on the cheap when it comes to salary.

Pros

If you like no communication from you company this is the place for you.

Cons

Once you join, the company doesn't act like you exist. You will never hear from them unless you have a question. Training policy, require you to pay back money if you leave within 2 years. They will not pay back expense reports if you leave. They do not provide guidance on things like government shutdowns, or what is happening during contract renewals. If you ask about it, you get sent on a runaround. Bonuses are a joke, ~$1000. annual raises are roughly 3%. No room for advancement or transferring. If you want to you must leave the company and reapply.
