      None whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend this company

      Cons

      Force to come to work if sick and no PTO. No option to take the day off and go unpaid. If you don’t come in due to being sick management can make you take leave without pay for a mandatory 40 hours! No work from home policy ( which in house recruiter stated there will be 1 day a week WFH) lack of transparency. Management uses scare tack ticks on younger, less experience workers. No company morale. Benefits suck.

      None to recommend as the company was horrible.

      Cons

      Everything that was said during the interview process did not turn out at all to be true. Chaotic management; lack of resources for employees to be successful; profit over customer. HR department was clueless. Upper management in the weeds of things when shouldn't.
