If you're on the "right" team, you'll learn a lot and grow quickly. Especially for those who don't have idea about the abstractions of software development. There you will also meet some talented and enterprising people. Have fun coding.
Cons
The company culture is traditional Taiwanese company culture, so if you're the kind of person who seeks a challenge, take on bigger things or important projects. You have to build a good relationship with the department head first.
