Business Outlook
Pros
Company is good at support call center and BPO operations. There's some flexibility for work life balance. Call center operations work well.
Cons
All other business except BPO is confused and directionless. Lots of jumping at the latest opportunity without any planning or focus or commitment from the management. Middle management is powerless except to say yes to senior management. Internal work (IT, Accounting, etc.) is a chronic problem.
