Pros
There are no pros in this company. They make you sign bond for 2 years and you are captivated !!
Cons
Very poor pay for fresher's. No preference given to GIS people though it claims to work on GIS projects. In the name of GIS it runs call centre. To top it all the current management of the office is terrible. The talent acquisition team is equally horrendous as they only hire people from bpo's or call centres. There is absolute no exchange of thoughts and ideas among colleagues. The atmosphere is terrible to work in. One can almost be choked to death!!!. They will snatch away your salary like greedy vultures from every way they can. Even if you have a proper planned leave sanctioned by your boss, the management will decide to chuck flat 2000buks from your salary. If one is late in logging into the UDT in once system even five minutes past the schedule time more than three times in a quarter( yes you got me right ! In a quarter not a month), 1500 bucks from your quarterly performance bonus is gone!!!!!! Could anyone please explain the link between logging into the machine and your performance???!!! Yes,like I said my friends, this organisation is run by a bunch of uneducated and money sucking heads because they simply dont know how to set parameters for calculating performance bonus. They infact dont wanna give you any bonus, by setting up such senseless norms they just want your money to slide down inside their pockets!!!!! This company will draw blood money everything out of you!. You will neither build your career nor your pocket staying in this organisation. This was just about the management and office in general. The managers and colleagues are very unpleasant to work with. Most of them lack work ethics and does not know how to behave in a corporate atmosphere. You cannot call this place where one can socialise or feel proud of the people they met or got in touch with through cybertech. Please read the review and then decide carefully in making a move towards cybertech. --God bless the souls still captivated.
Pros
I joined here as a fresher in 2012 and worked until 2015. Right from corporate culture to work ethics, I learnt everything here. Great office space. Awesome work culture, friendly colleagues, and extremely supportive managers and HR. Lot's and lot's of team activities and company sponsored team outings and lunch/dinner. Every festival is celebrated with great zeal. Best part is flexible timings, no specific in time. Very good yearly appraisal. I got a 35% hike in my first appraisal and a 50% in my second. People working in afternoon/night shift get free company home drop. The pros list is actually endless!
Cons
Mandatory 21 months bond for graduate freshers. The minimum working hours is 8.5, but extends to 10-12hrs too, due to con-calls with the US clients, but you will never feel the work pressure. Onsite opportunity only for Developers, absolutely no opportunity for BAs!
Pros
Good Technical team to work with.
Cons
Sales team need to do more to win better projects.
Pros
overall good company to work at good projects and good technical experience
Cons
night shift managers are not focused on work, they interested in personal romance most ssg staff is frustrated, but not speaking up as they are scared of losing job
Pros
Esri Support Services Group has all the best resources to gain knowledge on GIS technology. There is a fun culture, approachable management and flexible work environment. The pay is good and appraisals are better than other BIG companies.
Cons
Shift hours are bit tiring as client is based in US and not getting holidays for Indian festivals. We only get US holidays. This is nothing to do with the management as this is how it is. Sometimes multiple managers will be handling the same process which leads to confusion.
Pros
Smaller company means I can get things done. Family atmosphere. Lots of expertise present. Global perspectives. Strong work ethic. Coworkers are friendly. "Business" perspective balanced with "technical" perspective.
Cons
India-centered, so sometimes US perspective is lost. Time zone challenges. English isn't everyone's native language, so communications are sometimes difficult. Communications around the world can be technically challenging..
Pros
Good place to learn Time flexibility Leaves
Cons
Poor managerment. There is no value of your work. Managers are not cooperative Once you decided to leave everything changes
