      Pros

      The only good things are that you only have to go to the office one day per week, and the office is in Arlington, VA not DC.

      Cons

      While great effort has gone into branding the agency, the leadership from frontline to senior is horrible. It is nothing but immature behavior by people who don’t know what they really want don’t care at all about their people.
