Pros

You came here to do good work and be "the good guys". The work is varied, the stakes are really high, and you get to do real good every day.

Cons

You probably left because you got tired of people who didn't understand a thing about cyber making all of the decisions. Pay is not commesurate with outside industry, even with cyber bonuses.

Pros

CISA is a great place to work and professionally develop your career while defending our nation’s physical and cyber infrastructure.

Cons

Can be very bureaucratic, but that's common within most federal agencies.

Cons

The agency is still figuring itself out. Which is to be expected.
