Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and share your experience at Cybrary. Feedback is key to improving and the more we receive, the more relevantly we can address our areas of improvement. We’re happy to hear positive feedback regarding our work/life culture. We take the work/life balance of our team members seriously and intentionally strive to ensure work doesn’t get in the way of the important things in their lives. As a remote first, hybrid workplace, flexibility is a key word here at Cybrary and it plays a huge part in how, when and where we do work. We understand that some of the projects we’re working on internally are in the early stages of progression, and we’re thankful for all the innovation, skill and perspective our talented team members are putting in to bring them to final fruition. We’re particularly excited for the recent launch of our Cybrary Free Access experience, a project that took time and cross-functional teamwork to make happen. We passionately believe that the opportunity to be greater is achieved by growing together and feedback loops are an essential part of ensuring such progress takes place. Being a start up organization, which presents its own set of challenges, the journey is not always easy. However, we are committed to continuously identifying areas of improvement and strengthening them. We are excited to report on progress we have made. Within 2022, we leveraged Salary.com to help identify gaps in our compensation structure and further efforts to ensure equal pay for all employees. Clear and consistent communication is a priority for our leadership team, people team, and managers. A key initiative behind this theme includes identifying and employing a communication plan that will increase the frequency of how and what we communicate.
