Cons

No hikes. Almost nil hikes. Don't expect any money even when you work hard like a topper. Good company only for freshers. No job security. No coffee or tea for free. Too much one sided when comes to performance assessment. If you are too brilliant, then this company is not for your growth. Dumb people will get more hikes, promotions because they do blindly what management says.
