Possibility to learn a lot. The company offers additional software learning options. The place is great for a fresher.

Cons

The scope of a promotion is less. Even lesser possibilities to end up in a good project is less considering large number of senior staffs.

The only reason you work in cyient is when you have no employment option and left with this low salary and you are in a great need of job, only then someone should opt for this. Work environment is average and managers are careless.

Cons

Lowest salary in engineering domains. Worst management ever seen in my career, freshers are brought from college and trained with rigorous pressures and deadlines with worst trainers and then put in some low life work for lifelong till they themselves want to resign from company. FRESHERS ARE USED LIKE SLAVES for small works.

By far no cons..everything seems good...sometimes we face problem with shifts..but that's common if you are working in shifts
