      Pros

      Systematic, good training programs for freshers, onsite opportunities, can learn from seniors, hr policies, satisfied work environment. Flexible timings to work. Nothing more to say.

      Cons

      Bond, less salary. There is bond taken for the freshers and they have to pay if wanted to break it. They pay less to freshers and also to experienced people than to other companies.
