      Onsite opportunities in some departments immaterial of knowledge and expertise

      Cons

      This is the company which works on language. If you are a local and very fluent in telugu (I had worked in hyderabad) then you will get all the opportunities. Your knowledge will not be concerned. Even the meetings are held in telugu. If you are a non-telugu then its a crime of staying in this company.

      only 2-3 hours of work in 9 hours shift

      Cons

      nothing to learn on a customized tool seniors have no technical knowledge if u working for 3-4 years you will not reiun your career no salary growth only 500-600 hundred per year means if you join on 10000 it will take 10 years to reach on 28-30 thousand

      Good salary for higher management.

      Cons

      Working environment is worst. Managements, Managers are so selfish. At the place of 5 days they ask to work for 6 or sometime 7 days also..forcefully and even employees ve to cry. Managers and T Ls are always looking in opportunity to grab junior level awards or incentives. Politics is there at high extent. No Value for work.
