Pros

Nothing as such except nice campus, good infrastructure.

Cons

1. Bad management. There are no managers or leads. they have BOSS at each level. 2. No recognition. your efforts will never be identified unless you are outstanding at shoe licking and be the local guy. 3. Appraisal is the myth. only to near ones of manager who licks well. 4. Very less pay. They set the market standard so low that no other company can follow that. 5. No career growth. Your chances of promotion depend ONLY on how good you are in SHOE LICKING no on performance or experience or talent. 6. No onsite. only if you are good @ shoe licking and must be local. Policies are only documents which are kept in secret lockers and always keeps on changing as per Management, HR's comfort and whatever they want.

Pros

I think(not sure) there will be some projects you will be interested to work on if you are a mechanical or electrical engineer. R&D departments and innovations are encouraged under the new management. Krishna is trying his best to keep in touch with the level 1- 4 employees to know the issues by his blog which can give unfiltered access to this area and made some progress. Onsite opportunities are more.

Cons

List is infinite but i try to stick to some major points which company can work on 1. appraisal : when managers clearly say that performance has nothing to do with the money that you are earning who would want to stay in the company. 2.Micromanagement to get the billable hours pass the 8 hr mark per day . 3. Timing (9hr 30 minutes) daily( Commute will be around 40 tp 60 minutes over all you waste 12 hrs unknowingly to earn the amount they say in the salary grid of payble amount to the asscociate. 4.Like all the other service companies Promotions means management will remember so many clauses that did not even exist in the offer letter. 5. Office politics are common, manager prying on you for your performance while he can project his success based on the work done by peers. 6. When you question the money they will refer to the rating that is given which is in considerable for your day to day activities.
