      Pros

      People around you are good, they help you in your work, the manager is soft spoken and patient in terms of the project.

      Cons

      Your package isn't going to increment for the first three years and you can't move out of it for three years as they'll take a bond of 3 years

      For some clients, standard of work is really good - there is really a value addition Really good place for Mechanical Engineers

      Cons

      Salary much less than market standard - Though last year for associates in India they tried to do some normalization atleast for associates less than 10 years of experience In last two years I have seen firing people in the name of cost cutting Also in my last 5 years with Cyient - there was more than 12 times shuffling in the org structure with which I am attached. As per my understanding, so much frequent shuffling in Mid /Senior level management is not good at all.
