      management does not like to listen to the truth old timers are super egoistic and do not intend to learn anything new and do not want to develop their skills male chauvinistic attitude they do not prefer female employees and do not give them enough credit for their work the leaders of the company do not care of the employee treatment or working culture top layer executives like to talk a lot than listen at all - again a symbol of egoistic culture top bosses do not mind using abusive language against employees.
