The first pro will become con as focus is only on engineering services, and there are no other domain projects. There are some projects for SBI, into content engineering which are too in support not into development. The previous CAD operators have now promoted to middle management who are screwing up the employees and company's career as well. They don't even know how to behave and talk to team members. There are such an immature idiots; they always try to point fingers on the team instead of doing proper root cause and impact analysis (This may not be the case with all of them, cause I know some of them are really good and worthy).

The three year or two year employee contract sucks. They take you in with promises of exponential opportunity to grow and tremendous salary growth, but the reality is that once you sign the contract, you are their slave.
