      It depends on the projects and project manager entirely.

      Cons

      No proper leaves. Lot of micro management and harassment by project managers that people are forced to resign. It entirely depends on the project and project managers. HR are useless. no proper hikes. salary is very less as compared to market standards. Lot of politics. no work life balance. Heavy pressure on newly joined team members
