      - Gives freedom to choose latest technology (if you have any spike to present with) - Good work life balance like people discourage to stay late every Wednesday is "no meeting" Wednesday - Company abreast with the latest technology like DevOps, AWS, Azure, big data , data science & analytics - People are motivated, excellent team members, no politics - Sincerely focused on reducing the carbon footprint

      Cons

      - Being a service provider, they have to adhere to the client compliance & therefore changing the project takes 3-4 months if you want to change the technology. - Cafeteria needs good variety & subsidized food
