No Pros. Just a body shop company in Hyderabad.

Cons

Doesn't even have vending machines till Jan2020. Company has no competing agreement signed with many of its competitors, thereby jeopardizing careers of employees who want to search for outside opportunities.( Belcan vs cyient) Pays lesser salary compared to peers. As it's only one big mechanical service based company in Hyderabad, created a mafia kind of contact with higher official in government there by not allowing any service based company to open in Hyderabad ( People know how Mr Reddy scuttled chances of Belcan when it was initially established in Hyderabad. Yet was made Nasscom president) Laying off people during covid using voluntary resignation tactic.
