      Pros

      Gives lot of opportunites to work and it is great place for the people who want to push their limits. Gives great exposure to the Beginners to work on different phase of project life cycle

      Cons

      Nothing to mention any thing in specifics. If i have to take one, then that would be on the working culture. It was at okay level earlier and now in last 6-7 years it improved a lot.

      Pros

      The pros are having a job. It is a nice place to start out to gain experience so that you gain enough knowledge where another company will consider you and pay you the amount you truly deserve.

      Cons

      The pay is a joke. They pay their workers in India down to $8/hr. Even here in America the average Salary for this job is $18/hr. That is for people with experience also. You do a quick search on indeed or any other job search website, it’s hard to find anything below $20/hr even without experience. Up to $30 you will find other companies offers for the same work and will a lower workload.
