just the worst company i've ever worked for or heard of. My time is limited. They continue to cut pay and benefits with no consideration to the impact to the company. In a market that is more competitive than ever, Cyient has decided that reducing benefits and reducing pay and not giving any sort of raise (no raises in the past 2 years) is the best way to succeed. benefits and pay is all controlled by management at Cyient headquarters based out of India. there is a large disconnected between the Indian management and their US team. This company is on track to fail. I had originally thought i could be with this company for decades but lately they don't seem to care about their top talent and are more interested in hiring the cheapest employees possible to keep their margins up. I'm embarrassed to work here now and will be moving on the moment an opportunity comes up

Management, although they want to see you succeed, won't do anything to achieve that. Poor management overall, poor structure, poor communication, and at times - language barriers that ultimately reduce overall productivity.
