      Pros

      If working in Bloomington office, the immediate manager is amazing and will fight for your place in the company and make sure you have everything you need. Training is very through and has constantly updated websites with directions for every project, so even if you forget training step by step instructions are easy to obtain as you move from project to project.

      Cons

      The company beyond the immediate office cares very little for your or the office itself. Pay has not increased within three years. Workflow can come in big dumps working insane hours in August or September, to large droughts in February to the point the company will direct you to take vacation time. Main company headquarters is in India, and the main office in the US is in Erie, PA. Stagnant job growth. Numerous people in the office have been working there for over 20 plus years in the exact same position.
