Company does not value long time employees as well as displays unethical business practices as well as discrimination. Upper management seems to either not care or are oblivious to the problems associates and middle managers face.

Does not appreciate the years you spend with the company. They will take their millions in profit and reward those that did the hard work with a as four month late raise of $0.25 - $0.50 raise.

Cons

Pay raises are a joke. No bonuses. You will be overwhelmed with work compared to another company.
