      No Growth for Software Engineers

      Pros

      Good work environment. more onsite opportunities (maximum support type of work only). transport is good. Less work pressure compared to other organizations -

      Cons

      You never get a chance to learn good technologies. If you join as a fresher you need to sign on 3 years bond, you will get hike after 2 years that to maximum of 8 - 10%. Worst project managers, They don't have any technical knowledge. Waste HR people & policies, They don't have any actions except approve & reject. Every thing is in your PM. Low Salary & less hikes. You need to maintain 9:30 hours attendance daily.

      enjoy every time no work at all good transport facility (only buses)

      3yrs service bond 2lacs for experience ppl 6months service bond no growth no skill development uses very very old technologies no employee benefits very very less hikes low rated employees are removed from the company without second chance so no job security

      there are no pros to discuss but as a new joinee you can enjoy until you get some work thats it

      3yrs service bond for freshers very less hikes no freedom to browse net spoils freshers life by making them unskilled within 3yrs bond period and after that ppl become lazy to jump to another company you can find many unskilled ppl around the campus ..
