Pros

It’s a great place to work with a collaborative and supportive team, flexible working options, and a positive work culture that truly values employees. The management is approachable and encouraging, the compensation and benefits are fair, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow professionally, making it a very motivating and rewarding environment overall.

Cons

No major cons so far. The only challenge for freshers is the initial learning curve, as this role provides valuable first-hand exposure to real-world work.
