most people who work here are advanced in their field of study. i enjoy the learning experience here vs bigger companies. there's a good amount of cross-collaboration. very little politics which is nice.
The leadership here is steady and keeps their eyes on the prize. We're starting to see the work pay off and the next few years are going to be exciting.
