      The product was interesting and had a lot of potential

      Management has no idea what they're doing and spend most of their time spinning a misleading story to their employees. They ask you to add a positive review of your employment to Glassdoor when you work there, so take the reviews with a pinch of salt.

      Pros

      This company does an excellent job at solving the underlying technical challenges to accomplish the product goals, the best, most logical ideas move. The company does this by valuing engineers' input and data supported analysis. This isn't my first autonomous vehicle company, and this commitment to competence is not to be taken for granted. It is a special quality.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, but this one does a good job to self-heal. Any cons are minor and surmountable.

      The excitement of working in a startup company developing advanced technology in autonomous vehicle capabilities in an industrial warehouse environment. Fellow colleagues are friendly, helpful and all committed to work as a team.

      Cons

      Small startup company requires the flexibility to work with limited resources and be involved in many diverse tasks outside your typical core competencies. But this is what makes it exciting to have a blank slate and create your vision of what excellence looks like in the job.
