      Pros

      Opportunity to make big impact, great team of engineers and support staff. Real startup with real intelligent people. Leadership is supportive and willing to listen, answer questions, find solutions. Respectful work environment. Nice change from big company nightmares and startups that fail to follow through on promises.

      Cons

      Office on busy street with little parking. They did offer alternative so I'm not really complaining.

      Management is unorganized, working non-stop, nothing is confidential with HR everyone knows everything. Good luck getting any promised recommendations.
