      Great people. Very smart and also efficient. Fast pace and challenging problem. Like the big room of big impact. I enjoy being part of team that self-motivated and attack big technical challenge together. From best education background, best previous companies. Clear and efficient communication inside, easy to communicated. Very flat structure.

      Office getting crowded and no place to put our ping-pong table.

      Pros

      Opportunity to make big impact, great team of engineers and support staff. Real startup with real intelligent people. Leadership is supportive and willing to listen, answer questions, find solutions. Respectful work environment. Nice change from big company nightmares and startups that fail to follow through on promises.

      Cons

      Office on busy street with little parking. They did offer alternative so I'm not really complaining.
