      Good pay, Flexible, Great overall!

      Pros

      I truly love the flexibility they provide in managing my own hours. I can work based on my personal and family needs. I have been able to adjust anytime. Comparing it to other platforms where I've worked before, the pay is great, and it offers a W2, so what you are told you will be paid, that is what you get.

      Cons

      The hiring process took longer than I expected, but I know is probably not Cyti's fault as they get you credentialed with various insurances before you can begin to work with them.

      Great Hybrid Work

      Pros

      Amazing place to work for hybrid, remote work. Able to work when I wish with the best clients they match with me. Allows me more freedom with my family.

      Cons

      It took some time to get into a rhythm of the best clients I would like to work with but eventually we were get into sync.
