      I don't know where to start. Just witnessed an automation engineer resign to take a contract job, after repeated request from management for help. Work life balance is non existent, no recognition for extra effort. Many folks are putting in 60 hours. Unrealistic expectations. Funding is extremely tight, so lots of questioning on fixing things correctly. There is no plan to fix things, it is just continuing to fight a new fire. "We can try to fix it later" Dumpster fire has been used by some.
